Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the SodaStream machine, cylinders, or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized Bring or Posten location across Norway.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
